WOD 8/9/2011

OK, do your wrist mobility and static holds, and then:

Strength Work:
5 x 5 Slow Pushups
3 x 5 Pistols

Workout:
50 Burpees for time.
Any time you have to break the burpees, do 10 squats.

Post time and number of squats to comments.
