20 Pushups
20 Squats
Sprint 100m
15 Pushups
15 Squats
Sprint 150m
10 Pushups
10 Squats
Sprint 200m
5 Pushups
5 Squats

We'll all be doing this together, as a group. Should be both chaotic and fun :)
