WOD 8/10/2011

Remember your warmups! Do wrist mobility + static holds(plank, reverse plank, superman, hollow body, and frog stand)

Today's workout:
10 Pushups
10 Squats
10 Leg Raises
9 Pushups
9 Squats
9 Leg Raises
8 Pushups
etc.... all the way to
1 Pushup
1 Squat
1 Leg Raise
