Hey, it's Mr. L. Do seated twists. Sit with the left leg extended, then put your right foot on the opposite side of the left knee. Then, put your left elbow outside your right knee and twist your upper body so that your left hand can reach your left foot. Hold for 20 seconds. Stay tight, under tension, don't relax. Switch sides, and repeat until it feels better.
