WOD 7/16/2012

Getting this one up pretty late(as in barely before the wod). Sorry about that. Here we go:

Warmups: Static holds + 3 rounds of 10 reps of squat, pushup, leg raise, walking lunge.


Workout:
AMRAP 15
100m run
5 Pushups
10 Unanchored Situps
15 Squats
