Here's a scaled version of a classic CrossFit workout. A video of the real thing is below.
Warmups: Static holds(including frog stand), followed by
3 Rounds of 10 reps each of:
10 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Straight Leg Raises
10 Walking Lunges
(this is not for time)
Workout(for time):
4 Rounds of
400m Run
25 Squats
