WOD 7/2/2012

It's going to be another hot one, so drink water before coming, and bring water with you.

Warmups with static holds, 400m warmup jog.

Skill work: Frog Stand

Workout:
AMRAP 10(as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes)
5 Pushups
10 Situps
15 Squats
