WOD 7/26/2012

You guys know the drill by now, but here goes:

Static warmups
400m group jog
3 Rounds
10 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Leg Raises
10 Walking Lunges

Workout:
3 Rounds for Time:
400m Run
20 Pushups
30 Squats

Just like our first wod, but with a little extra love :)
