Four rounds for reps:
1 minute walking lunges
1 minute pushups
1 minute squats
1 minute rest
Make sure you pick a pushup variation that you can do. Don't do a regulation pushup if you'll only get 5 reps. Go to your knees, or a bench, or whatever you have to.
