WOD 9/31/2011

Warmup with statics and some dynamic stretching.

Workout:
3 Rounds for time:
400m Run
30 Tire Jumps
20 Leg Raises(legs as straight as possible)
15 Pushups

If you can do more than 20 pushups in a row, put your feet up on the tire for your pushups.
