SUNDAY CHALLENGE

Do a pushup ladder, in the following manner:

Each rep takes 6 seconds, 2 seconds down, pause 1, 2 seconds up, pause 1

Do 1 pushup, then 2, then 3, etc. until you fail.
Rest to recovery in between.
