WOD 9/17/2011

Sorry for the late post. Dominic and I had a good time this morning :)

3 Rounds for time:
400m Run
20 Kettlebell Swings, 25#
10 Pushups

If you don't have a kettlebell, use a similarly weighted dumbbell. It won't be quite the same, but it's close enough.
