OK folks, here's your first nutrition challenge. If you want to understand the reasoning behind my madness here, do some digging for yourself. Look up:
Paleo Diet
Primal Blueprint
Robb Wolff
The basic idea is that the human body did not evolve to eat grains, or processed sugar(lots of carbohydrate). When we do, we get fat, and our metabolism suffers. We did evolve to eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, and a little starch. So, your first challenge is going to be super easy.
Your breakfast tomorrow is going to be:
Eggs and bacon(or ham), ONLY
You can eat as much as you want, but those are your ingredients. Nothing else. If you don't eat meat, have more eggs. :) If you don't eat ham, substitute some other meat. Remember though:
No bread
No cheese
No fruit or vegetables
etc.
This is a fairly fatty meal. This is intentional. Fat is good for you, IF you control carbohydrate intake.
Here's the challenge part. Eat your fill, then look at the clock. A few hours later, when you get hungry, look at the clock again. Post both times to comments.
If you like this video, this is part 1 of 4. Enjoy :)
i had about 3 hours from 8:30- 11:30. i microwaved my eggs and put 2 slices of ham in it. no salt, no pepper, NOTHING. im not the kind of person to usually eat breakfast so im not sure how long it takes me for having a normal american breakfast to get hungry, but i may test it by just eatting toast and jelly or something with carbs and compare it to this.

NICE!!! Keep it up, but add some broccoli or fruit to the mix for your carbs. If this is something you want to learn more about, check out marksdailyapple.com :)
