Monday morning 6am class is CANCELLED due to car issues. Today's home workout:

Strength: Handstand hold for a total of 2 minutes, in as many sets as necessary.

Workout:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Pushups
10 Squats
15 Situps
